Based out of North Jersey, we as a brand and label are continuously looking to elevate our friends & family in the music industry near and far. We’ve collectively come together and built a digital cloud based system to share our creative thoughts. From music to visuals, photos, lyrics, samples, project files, you name it. We like to call these creators Visionaries, and here at VC Records we want the vision to pave the path forward. The idea that we have to sell out our art to get a foot in the door in this industry is a standard of the past. We want to embolden our artists to create what truly echoes in their Mind, Body & Souls. The vision spans far and wide, the only things stopping us is our creative egos. When we come together as one we are more powerful and here at VCR we are ONE team of beautiful minded artists looking to make an impression on the mind and souls of others on this musical journey we’ve set upon.

Achieved a huge goal of mine this year by playing 2 festivals that have been on my radar the past several years & I`m already so excited for what the next festival season has in store 😈

Have you heard this one yet?!
If you`ve been to any of my recent shows then you`ve heard me play a few different renditions of this track. It`s an ID that I think really represents the DUALITY of the NEEKO project.
I`m constantly juggling a hundred things and always torn between what style or genres to touch and incorporate into my own sound. This song and EP as a whole demonstrates that blend of downtempo along with some of those heavier hitting basslines.
Really excited to put these tracks up but if I`m being honest it`s been a mental battle as of late. I`ve set some deadlines that I`ve missed & it`s because I`ve spread myself thin at times ontop of the fact that I must be on my 30+ export on one of the tracks but we getting there 😅
Trying to stay consistent and share as much of my art as possible even if I don`t think it meets up to par. It`s all a learning process and being able to watch the growth over the past several years has been encouraging in itself!

You are a product of the people & environment you surround yourself with.
It`s really as simple as that. Stop worrying about what others think about you or the progress of those who don`t compare to you. Focus on yourself, your circle, the people who show up, the ones who support you at those mid week shows & late night sets. Focus on the good not the bad, the victories not the losses. We all go through highs and lows and to pretend that we don`t is wild.
I`ve realized along this journey that a lot of people fall off, not bc they don`t care but because they can`t see the bigger vision. When you believe fully in yourself and consistently work to achieve something, you get there. Just takes time and patience.
With that being said, I’ve been slacking on my production side of things lately. Planned to have a whole EP finished and ready for release but as of right now I only have 2 of those 4 songs finished 🙃 In a little rut but using it as fuel to finish the dozens of projects I got going on so I can put out some of my best work yet! EP drop date coming next week with another tune to tease it + working on a collab with my good friend @zer0.bass that should be done just in time for spooky season 👻
Really appreciate all of you who stay true to the grind and keep me motivated. Also big shouts to all the og homies supporting out there 💚
I’m just a kid with a dream trying to put feelings into sound. You all help me see it clearly. This project is a culmination of all of us 🫶

The first release off my upcoming EP is called “As Above So Below” and it comes out next Thursday!
Super excited to put out another body of work to demonstrate how far my sound has come. I’ve really been dedicating massive hours to my craft and little by little I’m able to truly see the difference it’s making.

Yo this last week has been super rough 😅
Been sick & feeling overwhelmed with work + life`s responsibilities on top of having the constant feeling that I should be working on my music related things has me in a bit of a rut. Recently I`ve set deadlines for myself that I haven`t kept & I`ve procrastinated on several things to the point where I don`t feel I`m delivering my 100%
& That`s OK bc I`m still super proud of myself.
Too often we get caught up in the rat race. Little do we realize thats when we usually tend to forget about our own well being. Relaxing is vital, sleep & eating healthy are even more vital. Taking time to care for yourself every now and then goes a long way!
I`ll still continue to push my limits everyday but I`ve also made it a point to try and be a healthier human being and that means taking time to myself when I need it, quitting my vaping habbit, going to the gym more often & most importantly, instead of always chasing a million things at once, its helped to write things down and set clearer goals for myself. & I guess with time those goals change but it`s always good to reflect and have a few achievements to consistently pursue.
Just thought I`d share a little of that insight for anyone else feeling overwhelmed or like they`re not doing enough. I`m here to tell you that you`re doing fine and no matter what, take your time and take care of yourself bc there`s only one of you 💚
